How much does it cost?
9 CHF for Switzerland and Europe
11 CHF for the Rest of the World 

Is shipping included?
Yes! Shipping is included!

When will my letter ship?
The Mail Club is open all month for subscriptions and letters ship at on the last day of the month.
Subscribe by the last day of any month to receive that month's Mail.
Subscriptions made after that date will begin with the next month's edition. 
Orders are fulfilled and will ship out by the last day of the month, every month. 

How long it takes for the letter to arrive?
Switzerland: 2-3 business days
Europe: 3-6 business days
International: 7-15 business days 

Can I cancel?
Yes, any time! 
You can update your Payment Method and Subscription in your Member Area. 
If you do not know how to do it, please send me an email at thesparrowspost@gmail.com with your details and I will cancel it.
Alternatively, if a payment fails - your subscription will be cancelled automatically (end of card validity, balance too low). 
Note: if a payment fail, there is a "period of grace" set in place. This means there will be an alternative tentative 7 days later. If this fail again, the subscription will be fully cancelled.


Manage your subscription:
Subscription continues automatically until you cancel it or the payment fails.
You can pause or cancel your subscription as well as edit all your details in your Membership Profile. (Member Icon on the top right part of the screen).
The email you used at check-out will automatically be linked to your subscription. To log-in, you simply need to enter your email address and you will receive a code to log-in. Once in, you can edit or cancel your subscription.

Will I be charged automatically every month?
Yes! 
You will be charged on the day you sign up. For future months, payment will recur on the same day as your initial order. If you signed up for the prepaid annual payment option, it is charged up front for the year and will recur on the same date the following year.
Due to the custom-made nature of the subscription, refund after the monthly payment went through are not possible. If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription before the next payment - please contact me directly on thesparrowspost@gmail.com.

And if I bought a yearly subscription?
If you subscribed for the year, the subscription will not renew (this is to avoid charging you before you are ready to commit for that long again). If you wish to subscribe at the end of your yearly subscription, you can simply make a new order ❤️

Member Area
To be able to view your subscription status, pause, cancel, or update your payment details, you need to create an account. If you purchase the subscription before creating an account, don't worry, the system will recognize your email and will create the account for you (after entering you email in the log-in section, it will send you a code to confirm it is you).

My mail still hasn't arrived, what can I do?
Un-tracked mail takes longer to arrive than regular mail (hence the lovely nickname of "snail-mail" 🐌 ). This means that letters can take longer than what we are used to! Letters are shipped at the end of the month and will then travel to each destination at its own speed (to Switzerland: approximately 3 business days / to Europe: between 3 to 6 days / to International: up to 12, sometimes 20 days! - it's a long way from Switzerland to the Middle of Australia or Canada for example).
If 20 business days have passed (after the shipping confirmation) and your letter still hasn't arrived, please write me an email at thesparrowspost@gmail.com and tell me which month you are missing. I will send you another letter as soon as possible! ❤️

My mail arrived damaged, what can I do?
I'm sorry to hear this! Please write me an email at thesparrowspost@gmail.com and tell me which month/letter was damaged, as well as a picture of the damage, and I will send you another one as soon as possible! ❤️

My postal address changed, how can I update it?
You can write me at thesparrowspost@gmail.com: please enter your full details so I can edit and correct your information.

I entered the wrong postal address, how can I update it?
 You can edit it yourself in your Member Area. If you are having troubles, you can write me at thesparrowspost@gmail.com: please enter your full details so I can edit and correct your information for you.
